The short answer

What is an exosome skin treatment?

Exosome skin treatment applies a solution of exosomes, tiny vesicles produced by cultured stem cells that carry growth factors and proteins, into the skin after microneedling or laser. It is used to calm the skin, shorten recovery and support texture and glow, typically as part of a course.

Exosomes are messengers that cells use to communicate. Solutions made from stem-cell cultures contain these vesicles together with growth factors and peptides. Applied to skin that has just been opened by microneedling or a fractional laser, they are thought to support the skin's own repair signals, which can mean less redness and a smoother recovery.

Exosome treatment is best seen as a supporting step, not a stand-alone lifting or volume treatment. Research on cosmetic exosome products is still growing, so we use it where it makes sense in your plan and explain what it can and cannot do.

Your exosome treatment day

  1. Doctor consultation. We assess your skin and choose the base treatment to pair with exosomes.
  2. Cleansing and numbing. The skin is cleansed and numbed if needed.
  3. Base treatment. Microneedling or laser opens fine channels in the skin.
  4. Exosome application. The solution is applied and worked into the treated skin.
  5. Back to your day. Redness usually settles within hours to a day or two.

Aftercare

  • Avoid make-up for 24 hours
  • Skip exfoliants and retinoids for a few days
  • No saunas or hard exercise for 1–2 days
  • Moisturise and use sunscreen daily

Frequently asked questions

What are exosomes in skincare?

They are tiny vesicles released by cells, here taken from stem-cell cultures, carrying growth factors and proteins that support skin repair signals.

Is exosome treatment painful?

The exosome step itself is gentle. Any discomfort comes from the base treatment, such as microneedling, and is managed with numbing cream.

How many sessions do I need?

Most plans use a course of sessions about 4–8 weeks apart, depending on the base treatment and your skin.

How much does it cost?

It is priced at consultation because it depends on the combination. Send us a photo on Instagram for a quote in English.

Can I have it on a short trip?

Yes. Downtime is short, though skin can stay pink for a day or two after microneedling or laser.

Exosome or Rejuran?

Rejuran is injected into the dermis for repair over a course; exosomes are applied with a base treatment to support recovery. The doctor may combine them.
