What is Elravie Re2O?
Elravie Re2O is an injectable skin booster made from purified human-derived collagen and natural skin-structure proteins. It is injected into the dermis to support firmness, elasticity and fine lines, usually as a course of sessions with little downtime.
Most skin boosters work by hydration or by stimulating the skin to repair itself. Re2O adds a structural component: a processed human dermal matrix from which the cells have been removed, leaving collagen, elastin and related proteins. Injected into the dermis, it acts as a scaffold that the skin can build its own new collagen on.
Re2O Fine is a finer version used for the delicate skin under the eyes and on the eyelids. Results build gradually: skin often looks smoother within a few weeks, and the effect is usually stronger after a series of 3 sessions.

Your Re2O treatment day
- Doctor consultation. We check skin thickness and decide the areas and dose with you.
- Numbing. Numbing cream, or sleep sedation if you choose it.
- Injections. The doctor places small amounts evenly through the dermis.
- Soothing care. The skin is calmed and cooled after injection.
- Back to your day. Small bumps and redness usually settle within 1–3 days.
Aftercare
- Avoid make-up for the rest of the day
- No saunas, alcohol or hard exercise for 1–2 days
- Do not massage the treated area
- Moisturise and use sunscreen daily
Possible side effects
Small bumps at injection points, redness, mild swelling and occasional bruising are common and usually settle within a few days. As with any injection, infection or allergic reaction is possible but uncommon. Our doctors explain the risks at consultation.

How many Re2O sessions do I need?
Most patients plan 3 sessions a few weeks apart for the best effect. Some see enough change after one session.
Is Re2O a filler?
No. It does not add visible volume or change your face shape; it supports the skin's structure and quality.
Does it hurt?
We use numbing cream, or sleep sedation if you prefer, so most patients feel only mild pressure.
When will I see results?
Skin often looks smoother within 2–4 weeks, with further improvement after the following sessions.
Is the price the same for foreigners?
Yes. Korean and international patients pay the same published price. VAT of 10% is added at payment.
Re2O or Rejuran?
