What is a non-surgical facelift?
A non-surgical facelift combines energy devices, threads and injectables to lift, tighten and restore the face without cutting the skin. Most plans have little downtime and build results over 2–3 months, though they cannot match the degree of change of surgery.
Facial ageing happens in several layers at once: the deep support layer (SMAS) loosens, the skin loses collagen, fat shifts or increases in some areas and decreases in others. One device rarely fixes all of this, so a non-surgical facelift combines tools that each work at a different depth.
Ultherapy Prime lifts the SMAS, Thermage FLX or Alltite tightens the skin, ONDA reduces lower-face fat, threads give an immediate mechanical lift, and boosters or fillers restore skin quality and volume. The doctor chooses the smallest combination that will make a visible difference for you.

How we plan your facelift
- Doctor consultation. We assess each layer of your face: skin, fat and support.
- Plan and quote. You get a written plan and published price before any treatment.
- Numbing or sedation. Numbing cream, or sleep sedation on eligible packages.
- Treatment. Devices first, then threads or injectables, usually in one visit.
- Review. We check results and plan maintenance, including by Instagram after you fly home.
Aftercare
- Most energy treatments allow normal activity the same day
- After threads, avoid wide mouth opening and massage for 2–3 weeks
- Avoid saunas and hard exercise for a few days
- Moisturise and use sunscreen daily
Possible side effects

How long does a non-surgical facelift last?
It depends on the combination; energy-based lifting commonly lasts about a year, and many patients do a maintenance visit every 6–12 months.
Is it as good as a surgical facelift?
No. It suits mild to moderate sagging and gives a natural, gradual change. For severe laxity, surgery gives a stronger result.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the plan. Single treatments start from ₩390,000 (Ultherapy, per 100 shots), and combination packages are listed on our price pages.
Can I do it in one visit to Seoul?
Yes. Most plans are done in one visit. If threads are included, stay a few days afterwards so we can check you.
Does it hurt?
We use numbing cream, or sleep sedation on eligible packages. Most patients describe heat and pressure rather than sharp pain.
Is the price the same for foreigners?
Yes. Korean and international patients pay the same published price. VAT of 10% is added at payment.
