Non-Surgical Nose Lift in Cheongdam, Seoul
Hyaluronic acid filler, and in selected cases dissolving threads, to raise a low bridge, smooth a small bump and refine the tip without surgery. The nose is a high-risk area for injections, so every treatment is performed by a physician with careful technique.

What is a non-surgical nose lift?
A non-surgical nose lift , or filler rhinoplasty, uses small amounts of hyaluronic acid filler to raise the bridge, straighten the profile and lift the tip. It takes about 20–30 minutes with little downtime and usually lasts 6–12 months, but it can only add shape, not make a nose smaller.
Filler is placed in thin lines along the bridge and at the root of the nose between the eyes, where many East Asian noses are naturally lower. This raises the profile and can camouflage a small bump by filling the area above and below it. A little filler at the base of the columella can support and lift the tip. In selected cases, dissolving threads are used to add tip support.
Because filler adds volume, it cannot narrow wide nostrils, shorten a long nose or remove a large hump. It is also a delicate area: blood vessels in the nose connect to the eye area, so injection must be slow, deep and conservative. Patients who have had surgical rhinoplasty with an implant should tell us, as their tissues need extra caution.
Who it suits
- A low or flat nasal bridge
- A small bump you want smoothed in profile
- A droopy or undefined tip that needs light support
- Wanting to try a new profile before considering surgery
Who should wait or choose another option
- Wanting a smaller, narrower or shorter nose, which only surgery can achieve
- Previous nose surgery or implants: tell the doctor; extra caution or no treatment may apply
- Pregnancy, skin infection on the nose, or very thick oily skin with active acne

- Numbing. Numbing cream for about 20 minutes.
- Product check. The sealed syringe is shown and opened in front of you.
- Injection. Small, slow injections along the midline, checking skin colour throughout.
- Review. You see the new profile and receive aftercare advice and warning signs.
Aftercare
- Do not press, massage or wear heavy glasses for about 2 weeks
- Avoid saunas, alcohol and hard exercise for 2–3 days
- Sleep on your back for a few nights if you can

Possible side effects
Swelling, redness and bruising are common for a few days. The nose carries a higher risk than other areas of blocked blood vessels, which can damage the skin and, very rarely, affect vision; this is why we inject conservatively and keep hyaluronidase ready.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a non-surgical nose lift cost?
It depends on the product and the amount your nose needs. Send us front and side photos on Instagram for an exact quote in English.
How long does a filler nose job last?
Usually 6–12 months, sometimes longer, as the nose moves little. Top-ups are usually smaller than the first treatment.
Can filler make my nose smaller?
No. Filler adds volume, so it can straighten a profile or lift the tip, but it cannot reduce size or narrow the nostrils.
Is a non-surgical nose lift safe?
It is commonly performed, but the nose is one of the higher-risk areas for filler. It should only be done by an experienced physician; we discuss the risks fully before treatment.
Can I fly after treatment?
Yes, usually the next day. Allow a few days for swelling and bruising to settle before photos or events.
What if I do not like it?
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase.
