How to Get Poreless Skin in Korea: A Doctor's Plan
Nobody has truly poreless skin, but pores can look much smaller. Our plan works on the three things that make them visible: oil, loss of firmness around the pore and uneven texture from old breakouts.

What is poreless skin?
Poreless skin describes skin where pores are so fine they are barely visible, usually on the cheeks and nose. Pores cannot be removed, because every hair follicle has one, but they can look noticeably smaller. A realistic plan reduces oil with Skin Botox, firms the skin around pores with boosters and smooths texture with resurfacing.
Pores look larger for three main reasons. Excess sebum stretches the pore opening and makes it shine. With age and sun damage, collagen around the pore weakens, so it sags into an oval or teardrop shape. And past acne can leave uneven relief that makes pores look deeper. Genetics set the starting point.
Skin Botox places tiny, diluted doses of toxin just under the surface to reduce oil and fine muscle pull, so pores often look tighter within one to two weeks. Collagen boosters such as Juvelook and Rejuran support the walls around the pore, while microneedling or a laser smooths scarred texture. Combined, they change how pores catch the light.
Who this plan suits
- Visible pores on the cheeks, nose or forehead
- An oily T-zone that shines by midday
- Teardrop-shaped pores on the cheeks with early loss of firmness
- Mild uneven texture from old breakouts
When to fix something else first
- Active acne, which should be controlled with acne treatment before pore work
- Deep acne scars, which need resurfacing such as Fraxel
- Rosacea or very sensitive skin: the doctor checks before any toxin or peel
What makes pores look larger
Oil
Sebum stretches the pore and makes it shine; Skin Botox reduces it.
Firmness
Weak collagen lets pores sag; boosters support the surrounding skin.
Texture
Uneven relief from old breakouts deepens shadows around pores.
Congestion
Blocked pores look darker and wider until they are cleared.

Your pore plan at our clinic
- Pore mapping. The doctor identifies whether oil, laxity or texture is the main cause in each area.
- Deep clean. Congested pores are cleared, for example with Heal fusion PRO.
- Skin Botox. Micro-doses are placed across the T-zone and cheeks to reduce oil and tighten the look of pores.
- Collagen support. Juvelook Skin or Rejuran is added for teardrop pores and fine texture.
- Resurface if needed. Microneedling or laser is planned for scarred areas over later visits.
After pore treatments
- Avoid pressing or massaging the face for a few hours after Skin Botox
- Use a light, non-comedogenic moisturiser
- Do not squeeze or extract at home
- Sunscreen daily to protect collagen around pores
Possible side effects
Skin Botox can cause small bumps or pinpoint bruises that usually fade within days; rarely, it can slightly soften facial expression if placed too deep, which is why a doctor performs it. Pores will look smaller, not disappear.

Frequently asked questions
Can pores be permanently shrunk?
No treatment removes pores. Treatments make them look smaller for months, and maintenance keeps the effect.
How much is Skin Botox for pores?
Full-face Zero-Bruise Skin Botox is ₩300,000 with a Korean-made toxin or ₩500,000 with Xeomin, excluding 10% VAT.
How long does Skin Botox last?
Typically about 3–4 months, depending on your skin and how oily it is.
Will Skin Botox freeze my face?
No. It uses very small, diluted doses placed superficially, so normal expressions are kept.
What can I do on a short trip?
Skin Botox and a booster can usually be done in one visit with little downtime. Resurfacing is better planned for a longer stay or a return visit.
