What is youthful skin?
Youthful skin is skin with good firmness, elasticity, hydration and fine texture, with few fine lines. It depends on collagen and elastin, which decline steadily from our mid-twenties. A realistic plan combines skin boosters for quality with a tightening device such as Thermage FLX for firmness, then maintains results once or twice a year.
Skin ageing happens in layers. In the surface and dermis, collagen and elastin thin, so skin becomes drier, crepey and slower to bounce back. Deeper down, supporting tissue loosens and fat pads shift, which shows as softer jawlines and deeper folds. Sun exposure speeds up both, which is why sunscreen remains the most effective anti-ageing habit.
Boosters such as Elravie Re2O, Juvelook and Rejuran improve the skin layer: thickness, hydration, fine lines and texture. Devices such as Thermage FLX heat the dermis to tighten it and stimulate collagen. On their own, boosters will not lift, and devices will not fully refine texture; together they give a more complete, natural result.

At what age should I start?
There is no fixed age. Many patients start boosters in their late twenties or thirties and add tightening when they notice reduced firmness.
Do I need both Thermage and boosters?
Not always. If your concern is mainly texture and dryness, boosters may be enough; if firmness is the issue, a device does more. The doctor will advise.
How much does a combined plan cost?
Thermage FLX 600 shots with Rejuran or Juvelook Skin is ₩2,500,000; with Elravie Re2O 6cc it is ₩2,700,000. Prices exclude 10% VAT.
When will I see results?
Boosters often show in 2–4 weeks; tightening continues to develop for 2–6 months as collagen builds.
